Since we are the manufacturer of this product we expidited the parts needed from our Taiwan office instead of waiting the 4 weeks lead time before our next shipment. We trashed our Glendale warehouse making the modification required. I've worked for many companies and this would never have been a consideration because every department has specific responsibilities within the corporation.
